Got this tattoo in memory of my father. He passed away when I was 5 after a long battle with brain cancer. He left a letter for both my sister and I before he passed. In mine, he wrote, ““My hugest regret and sorrow is that I missed your growing up and childhood maturing process. How grand it must have been!” Not only is a reminder of my dad, but of my childhood and the memories associated with it. It also has kind of a literary feel to it that I really like.
